The Answer

Instagram remains the number one platform for athletes, followed by Facebook (both owned by Meta). However, TikTok currently has engagement rates that blow Instagram out of the water and is worth prioritizing despite its younger demographic. YouTube is also very powerful - top riders like Justin Barcia and Axel Hodges have built essentially private TV shows there. The key is to post natively to each platform rather than just cross-posting the same content, and understand that each platform has different algorithms and demographics.
